At Jumio, I’m constantly learning and I find it extremely interesting to work on the challenge of detecting fraudulent documents.
Jumio took me out of my comfort zone. I have had to present updates to various stakeholders and groups which I wasn’t used to. The way I can express myself in front of people has greatly improved.
In the five months that I’ve been at Jumio, I have learned more than I did for the last 8 years.
Through the nature of my role I get to speak with people from all over the world to understand what they’ve done so far and where they want to go next.
We’re empowered to ask ourselves what direction we want to go in. If there is training we need, we just need to ask for it.
The team spirit is very strong at Jumio and there are lots of opportunities to learn if you go in with your eyes open.
I wanted to come in somewhere and immediately be able to develop myself and have more autonomy. This was a big point for me looking for a new position and I’m glad that I found it at Jumio.
From the first person I talked to and everyone in the interview loop, there was a sense that they were doing something special at Jumio.
It makes me feel good to get on well with everyone and to be able to help, no matter how senior they are. I want everyone to have a great experience when they join Jumio.
Here at Jumio we have a certain set of benefits I do not know from other employers.
I can go as far as I want to discover what interests me and there is always someone I can learn from to extend my field of expertise.
